Bengal's Own Sports Conclave, organized by the Social Sports Foundation in association with Reach Craft PR Agency as the PR partner, will be held on 25th August 2026. The conclave will begin with the Inauguration from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a series of insightful panel discussions. The first session, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, will focus on the requirement of coordination between specific government departments and state sports associations. The next discussion, scheduled from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, will explore the reality and implementation of the National Sports Governance Act 2025 at the state level. From 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, experts will debate whether merchandising of team jerseys is unethical. A lunch break will take place from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM. The afternoon sessions will continue with a panel discussion on anti-doping regulations and sports injury care from 2:45 PM to 4:15 PM, followed by a discussion on the scope of employment after sports management and allied subjects from 4:15 PM to 5:45 PM. The event will conclude with a Paper Presentation titled "Synopsis of Sports Research Thesis" from 5:45 PM to 6:15 PM.
